Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson time or will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.
• "NO SHOW" cancellations result in charging a full lesson fee.  
• Understand accidents and sickness do happen; will be understanding to waive fees due to certain circumstances. 
• Please notice via phone, email, or in-person to cancel/reschedule a lesson.
• Multiple cancellations may result in the loss of a weekly spot or being offered to the next person on the waitlist. 

All riders + non-participants must sign a release of liability waiver or a parent must sign if the student is a minor. 

Wear long pants, and closed-toe shoes preferably boots with a heel. All lessons are outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Helmets are not provided, if wish to wear a helmet please bring your own. 

Lessons may be rescheduled due to weather, either too cold or too hot. You'll receive a notice beforehand if needed.
